Mecair Air Cannons

• Used to dislodge all types of particulate which stick to the walls of the hoppers and the bottom of the silos.
• More efficient than “vibration” or “fluidification” systems, mainly with quite sticky dust.
• Comprised of two parts: a Mecair pulse valve with an extremely high flow rate and an air accumulator.
• The valves are quick-opening and instantaneously release the pneumatic energy of the tank, striking the caked material with a violent impulse of compressed air. A strong vibration spreads to all parts of the product, causing it to fall.
